The science

How the DSIP + BPC-157 + CJC-1295 Stack Works

This IPS stack combines three different recovery pathways: sleep regulation, tissue repair, and growth-hormone signaling.

DSIP, or Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide, is a neuropeptide studied for its relationship to sleep regulation, stress response, and sleep architecture. Research around DSIP is mixed and historically inconsistent, so IPS uses DSIP as sleep-support within a broader recovery plan, not as a sleep medication or promise of sleep improvement.

BPC-157, also known as Body Protection Compound-157, is a peptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. CJC supports the growth-hormone pathway through two complementary signals.
